Cancellation Policy

Clients must provide a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost. The cancellation fee must be paid in full prior to any future booking.

No shows / missed appointments will be charged in full and must be paid for prior to any future booking.
